Vice President, African Table Tennis Federation (ATTF) and a board member of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), Olabanji Oladapo has been appointed into the IOC’s Communications Commission.

In a letter signed by IOC President, Thomas Bach and dated May 26, 2015, Oladapo’s appointment was based on his enormous contributions to sports in Nigeria, Africa and the World.

“Following the unanimous approval of Olympic Agenda 2020 during the 127th IOC Session in Monaco, and as per recommendation 40, I have reviewed, in consultation with the IOC Executive Board, the scope and composition of the IOC commissions, to align them with Olympic Agenda 2020.
